As a licensed psychologist I provide a variety of services depending on what you are looking for.

In the state of Washington and participating PSYPACT states I provide the following services to clients:

Individual psychotherapy (1:1 50 minute sessions on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis)
Group psychotherapy & Support groups (3-6 people 50-90 minute sessions around clinical concerns)
Psychological tesing (e.g Substance use assessments, Eating disorder assessments, ADHD/AUDHD and cognitive assessments)
Gender Affirming Care Assessments (e.g. WPATH assessments for HRT, top/bottom surgery, etc.)

In the state of Washington I can provide the following services to professionals as a Washington state approved clinical supervisor and am currently accepting supervisees as the Supervisor of Record

I am now a PSYPACT provider and can provide telehealth services in participating states. I am hoping to do more gender affirming care assessments, so please send folks my way!

PSYPACT is effective in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

Vermont has enacted legislation as of 6/1/2023, and is effective tentatively on 7/1/2024.

Individual Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy services are designed to address longstanding mental health concerns such as eating disorder, complex trauma, religious trauma, and other mental health concerns on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis (for maintenance). Individual psychotherapy occurs primarily via telehealth and is tailored to each individual client's needs. Specialty areas include: gender affirming mental health care, anti carceral approaches, harm reduction approaches for eating disorders, complex trauma, PTSD, substance use, and religious trauma would be appropriate in this category.

Supervision

I am able to provide both individual and group superivision for Master's level interns in counseling education programs and LMHC-A's in the state of Washington for my hourly rate of 175/hr. for individual supervision and 75/hr. for group supervision (2-4). I provide supervision in english and spanish starting this September.

Trainings, Workshops, & DEIB

I regularly provide trainings, workshops, and keynotes at hospitals, clinicals, agencies, and organizations throughout the world. My hourly rate is 175/hr. which usually includes prep time. I negotiate training rates on a case by case basis, and tailor each talk to the need. Please reach out if you are interested in workshops/trainings related to LGBTQ identities, bilingual provision of services, and gender affirming counseling and healthcare.

Group Psychotherapy

Periodically I will provide group psychotherapy groups at various rates per session that cover topics such as (1) general process groups (2) skills based groups (3) identity based groups these usually run on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.

Assessments

I do provide one time assessments in the following areas: substance use assessments for a HLOC; eating disorder assessment and diagnosis; cognitive testing (ADHD/AUDHD assessments); and assessments for accessing gender affirming care in accordance with WPATH Standards for top surgery, bottom surgery, HRT, or other affirming procedures for individuals aged 14-adulthood.

Case Consultation

I provide individual case consultation for licensed professionals in any state at my hourly rate of 175/hr. and groups (2-4 providers) of professionals at 75/hr. in areas of my expertise: eating disorder care, harm reduction practices, anti carceral approaches, and working with LGBTQ clients. I provide consultation in english and spanish.
