What We Can Do Together
Therapeutic Services & Assessments
Are you a potential client who wants to divest from the cultural norms that tell you how to heal and how to be? I specialize in eating disorder/disordered eating care, working with LGBTQIA2s+ folks, gender affirming care, identity work, and managing religious trauma. I work with ages 14-adulthood and provide services in English and Spanish. I also provide 1-2 session assessments for individuals seeking assessment and diagnostic services for gender affirming care (letter writing for HRT, surgeries, insurance reimbursement, etc.) and eating disorder treatment.
As a multiracial, multicultural, white queer and trans/nonbinary Counseling Psychologist, I am deeply committed to dismantling white supremacy, capitalism, and cishetero norms in myself, in my practice, and in the world. I do my best to practice anti-carcereal, abolitionist therapy.
Let's dismantle these systems and prioritize our healing together.
**Please note: I am licensed Washington State and can only see patients residing in Washington state for in person psychotherapy services. I can provide telehealth servicse to individuals residing in a state that is a PSYPACT state.
As a PSYPACT provider, I can provide telehealth services to the following states (including gender affirming care assessments): AL, AZ, AR, CO, CNMI, CT, DE, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY. Vermont has enacted legislation as of 6/1/2023, and is effective tentatively on 7/1/2024.

Supervision & Consultation Services
In addition to my therapeutic services, I also provide coaching and consulting services to health service individual providers, hospitals, clinicals, universities, and local agencies, particularly around my areas of clinical and lived and living expertise: eating disorder care, anti-carceral frameworks, abolitionist based psychotherapy, gender affirming health care, rural mental health, and more. I am currently accepting counseling and psychologist interns, associates, and psychologists needing postdoctoral supervision and am a Washingston state approved clinical supervisor.
I generally abide by my hourly rate of 175/hr. for consultation and speaker fees, though I handle these negotiations on a case by case, individual contracting basis. If you are a provider interested in supervision, workshops, and training in these domains, please reach out. Recent consultation customers include the Washington State Hospital Association, Cascade Medical Centers, Multicare, Snoqualmie Health, and more!
I am Washington state approved clinical supervisor and I am currently accepting folks interested in pursuing supervision as they pursue licensure with an intersectional social justice lens. Supervision with me is a good fit for associate license clinicians who desire a focus on working effectively with queer and trans clients from a trauma-informed perspective as well as other clinical topics associated with gender and sexuality. I am also able to provide supervision in English and Spanish. Currently I am able to work with most Master's level Associates, as well as Post-Doctoral Psychologists.
