Service Description

Make progress towards your unique individual goals related to your specific hopes and needs. Goals might include mental health goals, spiritual goals, and identity exploration goals. Coaching is not a good fit for you if you are struggling with severe mental illness (experiencing psychosis or imminently suicidal) or need to bill insurance. Coaching is a lovely fit if you want to work with a queer provider who is psychologically trained but are outside of the state of Washington, or want to work on general growth such as creating better habits, religious deconstruction and reconstruction, or identity related exploration (exploring gender and sexuality, for example).
